Description Advanced Crew Lead – Traffic Control Middle Tennessee Traffic Management | $21.00–$22.50/hr | Full-Time | Cookeville/Knoxville, TN Middle Tennessee Traffic Management (MTTM) is seeking experienced and driven professionals to join our team as Advanced Crew Leads. This role is critical in maintaining the safety, professionalism, and standards we bring to every long-term traffic control project across the region. What You’ll Do: • Lead daily setup and breakdown of complex work zones in accordance with MTTM and DOT standards. • Lead flagging crew operations to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. • Ensure safety compliance, documentation, and team coordination. • Represent MTTM’s values of professionalism, humility, and excellence in the field. Scheduling: Full Availability Scheduling (weather and client needs permitting) Requirements Who We’re Looking For: • Minimum 1 year of experience working on long-term traffic control projects (daily setups do not meet this requirement). • Proven experience in the installation and removal of temporary traffic control signage, cones, barrels, and work zone equipment. • Valid Tennessee Driver’s License is required. • Preference given to those who currently hold an ATSSA Traffic Control Technician or Traffic Control Supervisor Certification. • Must hold at least the minimum of the TCT (Traffic Control Technician) Certification upon hiring
