Description

* Support establishment of Technology Resilience plans and ensure they are exercised for business-critical assets/services to proactively identify risk and prepare resilience/contingency plan(s) to support any disaster. * Contribute to the Corp Operational Resilience to advance solid Technology Resilience strategy in support of businesses and corporate needs. * Serve as SME for HGS Technology Resilience Compliance program and ensure adherence to Technology Resilience standard requirements * Responsible to identify improvement opportunities in Technology Resilience Compliance program from people, process, technology and drive mitigation. * Maintain regular communication with the IT business leaders, educating application Service Owners about current, changing, and/or recommended requirements to support program. * Provide regular guidance and training to Technology Resilience Compliance experts to ensure consistency in process execution and better-quality results. * Participate in Technology Resilience training program and ensure regular awareness across organization * Work closely with Operational Resilience leaders, BISO’s and IT to support efforts tied to Technology Resilience in case of any major event or incident. * Risk identification and change management tied to Technology Resilience Program

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions and technology resilience plans for business-critical assets. Serve as a subject matter expert for compliance programs and collaborate with global teams to mitigate risks during major incidents.
