Job Description Demonstrates the ability to manage the classroom for effective learning Exhibits full knowledge of competency-based and computer assigned instruction, cooperative learning techniques, and trainee engagement through classroom observation Maintains lesson plans relevant to course material Creates innovative and interactive training for the students Coordinates and engages with the academic department for integrated learning opportunities Assists with job placement, military, college, and post-secondary education and obtaining primary credentials Develops industry partnerships that could lead to work-based learning, internships, and job placement outcomes Qualifications Minimum of Associates Degree.
