Description

We are looking for a highly experienced, and dynamic team member with a passion for minor injuries. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Emergency Department (ED) Advanced Practice Team.
The post-holder will be expected to manage minor injury presentations, over the age of one year old within the ED and Minor Injury Unit, delivering autonomous and expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients. In addition to the direct clinical management of patients they will provide education and support to members of the ED team.
Along with clinical expectations, successful candidates will also ensure that they address the non-clinical pillars of practice including evidence, research and development, facilitation of learning and leadership.
If required, the successful candidates will initially undertake academic study and clinical competency frameworks to underpin evidence for the clinical role.
