Job Overview 综述 Maintain and improve process technical competency for Wuxi site process technology team, provide engineering and process control support to Wuxi operation team to meet business requirements. 本岗位负责提高工厂工厂工艺技术能力，为工厂运作团队提供工程&工艺控制&改进方面的支持 Responsibilities 职责 Stewwardship Self-discipline with Celanese core value standard;严格自律遵守塞拉尼斯核心价值标准 Maintain and improve site PSM management system together with site SHE functions. Lead process related elements in PSM, such as PT/PHA/AM/MOC-T, etc维护&提高工厂PSM管理有效性，领导PSM中部分工艺相关因素，如PT/PHA/AM/MOC-T等 Routine Stewardship audit to capture safety risk, especially process technology related.日常安全专业审核，减少安全风险，尤其是工艺技术相关安全风险 Consider SHE requirements during TA & COD & SOP & SOC initialing or updating.在准备TA、COD，编写或更新SOP&SOC时首先考虑安全要求 Process Techno Daily GEMBA / OL to learn the key processes Updating SOC Updating process initiative SOP modification and verify other SOP updating Initial process related TA & TOI & COD application & closing Prepare control plan & FMEA and regular review for any updating Lead process related QIR investigation Lead process related customer complaint investigation Closely (daily & weekly & annual) follow up KPI performance. Analyze the root cause for missing goals and address the improvement. Design experiments for process qualification and ascertaining process parameters at higher throughput. Provide continuous process and product quality improvement through process upgrade. Lead and implement projects to improve process efficiencies and meet business goals. Assist with new product development program when needed. Investigate and evaluate employees’ process improvement related suggestions. Lead/involve new process technology application. Provide process training for PEs and involve the new PE qualification process. Act as first contactor for any process problem in related area. 工艺技术每天关键环节的操作学习 SOC修订工艺主导的SOP变化的修订，其他SOP变化的确认工艺主导的TA、TOI、COD的申请与关闭控制计划、FMEA的制订与定期评估更新领导工艺相关QIR的调查领导工艺相关投诉的调查每天/周/月跟踪KPI的表现状况，分析未达标原因，提出纠正措施设计实验认证工艺过程以及确定提高生产率的工艺参数通过工艺改进持续提高过程&产品质量表现协助新品开发认证，评估工艺改进相关建议、新的工艺和设备，领导/参与新的工艺技术的应用区域工艺相关知识的培训师并参与关键岗位的考核过程区域工艺异常的第一联系人 Qualifications 要求 Education Background 教育背景 BS or MS degree, with major for Chemical or Chemical Engineering and other related disciplines. 化学&化工专业的学士&硕士 Skills and knowledge 知识与技能 Has deep understanding of polymer & spinning process.对聚合&纺丝工艺有深入的了解 Familiar with chemical engineering equipment, including utility facility.熟悉化工设备，包括公共设施系统 Familiar with auto-control system, such as PLC/DCS熟悉化工自动控制，例如PLC/DCS Apply strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills，such as 5Y、Fish bore and RCFA etc.精通问题解决工具，如5Y、鱼骨图、根本原因分析等 Demonstrate statistical-based approach for troubleshooting; collect, analyze and review process control parameters.有很强的统计分析能力，可以基于数据的收集、分析进行问题解决 Has improvement project management experience, 6 sigma GB is a must;有管理改进项目的经验，6 sigma GB是基本要求 Take the initiative, work proactively by co-ordinate & lead a team for problem solving ;工作主动积极，能够领导团队解决问题 Good team work spirit, can influence others and also can being influenced by others, able to lead a team to complete the job without direct authority;良好的团队协作精神，能够利用自己的影响力领导非职能团队进行问题解决 Having the willing & capability to drive changes;勇于挑战变革 Good computer skills, including office & minitab & CAD良好的电脑技能，包括办公软件 & minitab & CAD画图 Verbal and written communication skills in English is a must;英语口语书写流利 Working Experience工作经验 At least 5 years process & equipment related experience in the chemical manufacture plant; 化工制造企业5年以上工艺&设备工作经验
