Job Overview 综述 Process Engineer for Nanjing EM unit to cover trial, capex, process safety. Responsibilities 职责 • Ensure the successful introduction of new products. Partner with R&D, asset management and plant operations to plan/coordinate the introduction.Prepare appropriate technical transfer documentation, train plant staff and provided technical direction.Evaluate and prepare plant assets to receive the new technology.Provide engineering support for trial manufacturing runs• Provide process engineering and technical support to plant operations including troubleshooting efforts, RCA activities as need arise• Dentify, develop and execute plant productivity projects to drive improvements in the areas of production capacity and cost reduction• Generate scope of work documents for small capital projects and provide follow up technical support to enable execution by Project Engineering• Provides process engineering support to the environmental / safety function particularly the permitting process, provide process engineering support for internal / external audits.• Participate in or lead site HAZOP/PHA reviews in support of assigned projects or as needed elsewhere, make sure timely completion of assigned projects/actions resulting from the reviews• Take the coordinator role of the PSI (process safety information) audit and improvement; Initiates and drives to completion MOC in support of assigned projects or as needed elsewhere• Drives improvements to production capacity, efficiency, process safety and environmental performance in accordance with the UTP and BTP plan Qualifications 要求 • at least 5 years in engineering materials • BS degree in material science/chemical engineering discipline or equivalent. • Positive and proactive work passion to engage in the main and critical process work• Work systematically• Rich knowledge and theoretical practices on process technology• Working effectively with groups• Maintaining effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities and people• Good knowledge of process engineering principles, rich process technology experience and trouble shooting skill
