Description

The FAE team is an engineering function that collaborates closely with Sales and customers by providing technical guidance and support in cleanroom, meetings, conference calls, and various marketing events. Typical technical sales activities include technical engagement meetings, product (flip chip bonder) optimizations and demonstrations, technical proposal preparation and presentations, evaluations and benchmarking analysis of customers' design requirements, leading and guiding customer R&D team to ensure successful design-in as well as proper identification and matchmaking of customer specific needs with equipment capabilities to meet best in class bonder performance.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and support to customers through product optimizations, demonstrations, and technical proposals. Collaborate with Sales and customer R&D teams to ensure successful design-in and equipment matchmaking.
