Job Description Summary You will be responsible for providing expert technical support and service for GE HealthCare Medical Systems' Magnetic Resonance (MR) imaging equipment across Thailand, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. tex Job Description Job Responsibilities Perform complex installations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on GE MR systems at customer sites. Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity for MR equipment. Provide advanced technical training and support to junior field engineers and customer staff on MR system operation and maintenance. Manage service calls and schedules efficiently, prioritizing urgent issues and ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with sales, applications, and engineering teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement. Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental regulations and GE Medical Systems' standards. Participate in on-call rotations and be available for emergency service requests, often requiring travel throughout Thailand. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service and maintenance of complex medical imaging equipment, specifically with strong expertise in Magnetic Resonance (MR) systems. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair sophisticated electronic and mechanical systems. Strong understanding of network protocols, medical imaging informatics, and DICOM standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
