We are seeking an experienced Advanced Field Service Engineer to join our service team in Malaysia. This role is critical in delivering high-quality technical service across multiple customer sites, ensuring system reliability, and driving customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing building systems while directly contributing to business performance and customer retention. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver service, maintenance, and troubleshooting across customer sites * Support BMS / HVAC / Fire / Security systems * Perform system configuration, programming, and commissioning * Diagnose and resolve technical issues (including networking-related issues) * Execute small service projects and upgrades * Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors for service delivery * Monitor site performance, produce reports, and meet KPIs * Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction * Support financial activities including cost estimation and forecasting Key Experience & Capabilities: * Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in BMS (Building Management Systems) * Strong troubleshooting and field service expertise * Engineering Degree or Diploma * Ability to work onsite and travel between customer locations (25–50%) * Malaysian citizenship (no visa sponsorship available) Practical experience with: * HVAC Controls * Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) * Building Automation Systems (BAS) Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
