As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs and maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our designated customer sites in the area. This role requires a combination of on-site and remote work, depending on customer needs.
In this role, you will impact the success of our customers by ensuring the reliable operation of their equipment and systems. You will also contribute to the growth of our business by identifying opportunities for service contract renewals and upselling additional services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of advanced systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of our products.
  • Document and report all service activities, including findings, recommendations, and solutions.
  • Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for service contract renewals and upselling additional services.
  • The assigned region for this role includes remote locations in Alberta and Manitoba. Travel may be up to 80% to conduct upgrades. Frequency of travel subject to change based on customer and business needs.
  • Willing to work on scheduled maintenance and projects outside of regular working hours as required.
