KEY EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical/Engineering field
  • 10 years’ experience in field service engineering and Min 3 years’ experience in Honeywell Product Platform team to meet AOP for Service contracts revenue and billing and collections.
  • Experience with DCS, PLC, Networking, Third party communication, Modbus, Serial interface etc.
  • Knowledge in process automation, experience in process like petrochemical, Oil and Gas is preferable.
  • Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, C-300, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN, UCN, along with PC/Networking experience is preferable.
  • Experience in DCS project and service for industrial automation sector is must.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding of SLA and manage team to drive 100% SLA fulfilment.
  • Managing service escalation and meeting with customer at site for the resolution of the same.
  • Leading for new sales lead generation and detail technical site study along with BOM preparation followed by technical presentation at site to convince customer on Lead.
  • Drive BTI opportunities and cyber opportunities.
  • Periodic communication with customers regarding technical and administrative issues
  • Provide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-related issues/enquiries
  • Configure, maintain, and solve Honeywell hardware and software issues including: Experion PKS, TPS/TDC other DCS hardware / software.
  • Upgrade Experion software from one software release to another software release on live control system without causing any interruption to customer’s industrial process.
  • Understand customer key processes and economic drivers and translate those into business opportunities, providing timely research and recommendations.
