Responsibilities & Qualifications TekSynap is seeking an Advanced Kubernetes & Container Management SME to be responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining Kubernetes container platforms across multi-cloud and secure DoD environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Architect, deploy, and sustain Kubernetes clusters across unclassified, classified, and SAP environments. Develop/manage custom Operators, Helm charts, Admission Controllers, and CRDs. Implement GitOps practices for IaC/CaC to enable automation. Provide SME-level guidance on scaling containerized workloads for JPO mission needs. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related (Master’s preferred). 8+ years containerization and Kubernetes experience; 5+ years supporting DoD/secure cloud. Demonstrated expertise in Helm charts, CRDs, Operators, and GitOps/IaC automation. DoD 8570: IAT Level II (Security+ CE or higher). Active Secret clearance (Top Secret/SAP preferred).
