6-Month ContractRole OverviewBEPC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing process design and optimization in an industrial setting. This role combines hands-on hardware work with software programming and requires a well-rounded engineer with a background in mechanical assembly, schematics, and embedded systems. The ideal candidate is adept in both C/C# coding and physical assembly processes and is comfortable working in labs and production floors with occasional domestic or international travel.Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, and labor utilization.
  • Develop process plans that align with product specifications, quality goals, and delivery timelines.
  • Execute mechanical assembly work, ensuring accuracy through schematic interpretation.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues using lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
  • Support projects with soldering, schematic analysis, and board-level debugging.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve efficiency and product reliability.
  • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or software development using C, C#, or C++.
  • Hands-on experience with soldering and reading/wiring schematics.
  • Mechanical assembly knowledge and proven experience ensuring process accuracy.
  • Familiarity with software such as Fusion, Expedition, or Eagle.
  • Ability to use lab equipment (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer) for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and possible international).

BONUS SKILLS

  • Experience with FPGA and PWA/PWB board layout.
  • Prior involvement in process engineering within aerospace, electronics, or related manufacturing environments.
