This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role reporting to the Head of Engineering. You will lead a team of engineeers in design, development and implementation of equipment that shape our technology landscape and and play a crucial role in driving process improvements to ensure the plant operates efficiently.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical) or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Thorough, up to date knowledge of multiple disciplines required

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Extensive knowledge of broad range of automated manufacturing processes, technical systems and processes within a pharma environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making
  • Proven successful project management leadership skills and overseeing the work of external contractors
  • Strong IT skills, including good working knowledge of MS Office (essential) and relevant facility management software, such as AutoCad (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal & team skills
