Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join our team, specializing in the Advance manufacturing engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automation of manufacturing lines, Assembly Line layout design & development, Jigs & fixtures Design & Development, Process Documentation- SOP/PFC/PFMEA/PCP/Standard Work, Poka-Yoke Development, NPI – New Product Introduction, optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing principles, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Senior Analyst is responsible for developing, improving, and implementing advanced manufacturing processes and technologies to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production. RESPONSIBILITIES • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures specific to manufacturing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects related to systems from concept through implementation, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot issues specific to the manufacturing, and implement corrective actions. • Lean Manufacturing: Promote and implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to drive continuous improvement in the production line. • Equipment Management: Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tools specific to the systems. • Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in the manufacturing. • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and modifications Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
