POSITION SUMMARY:

We offer comprehensive programs designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the rapidly evolving landscape of advanced manufacturing and automation. As an instructor of advanced manufacturing and robotics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of manufacturing education and preparing students for successful careers in cutting-edge industries. You will oversee all aspects of the career technical education operations, curriculum development, strategic planning, and industry partnerships.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of workforce or industry trends in Central Ohio is highly recommended.
Advanced degree (Masters preferred) in engineering, robotics, manufacturing, or a related field.
Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of effectively managing teams, programs, or departments.
Strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and workforce development needs in advanced manufacturing and automation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, industry partners, and community members.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work a flexible schedule that could include some evenings and weekends.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
