SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrable 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, profoundly skilled in CNC processes.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering holding you steady.
  • Proficient in GD&T, CNC tooling, and programming with an analytical prowess in troubleshooting, armed with your OSHA 10 certification.
  • Mastery over G-Code and M-Code will be a feather in your cap!

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of garnering and updating work instructions that promise quality and revisit them when necessity dictates.
  • Tackle manufacturing challenges head-on, ensuring site objectives align with minimized machine downtime.
  • Champion the planning and conception of state-of-the-art tooling methods, ensuring equipment and machinery are in sync with policies.
  • Pave the path for revolutionary processes and document these changes with diligence.
  • Verify processes and validate vendor partnerships, constantly seeking ways to enhance practice.
  • Venturing into new machining technologies that could push the needle on cost efficacy and production rates.
  • Guide team members with insights on machinery design and support.
