Provides expert consultation to Allianz distribution partners and Financial Professionals. Focuses on annuity taxation, general tax rules, contract structures, retirement planning, trusts and estate planning. Assists in the creation of marketing content, sales training and the development of new markets. Day to day responsibilities include assisting with client cases received by phone or email while also supporting other areas of the enterprise in implementing appropriate Annuity Advanced Markets strategies. This position also requires the delivery of Annuity Advanced Markets and Continuing Education content virtually or in person which may require travel. What you do: Expert Consultation: Provides expertise to our distribution partners, operations and financial professionals via phone, webinar or in-person. Focuses on complex Annuity Advanced Markets topics including annuity taxation, contract structure, retirement planning, estate and gift taxation. Creation and Updating of Advanced Markets Content: Acts as a subject matter expert in developing content for clients / financial professionals including IRA's, qualified plans and trust strategies. Strives to identify new sales opportunities that will complement our products. Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Creation and Delivery of Advanced Markets Training: Responsible for creating and delivering training / education on complex Annuity Advanced Markets topics. Support for Product Development and Operations: Contributes to product development process by identifying opportunities. Assists corporate legal and compliance as a subject matter expert when necessary. Analyzes processes to identify inconsistencies, errors and omissions in information. Utilization of artificial intelligence and tools (e.g. generative AI). What you bring: 6-7 years of experience required in Financial Services/Advanced Markets Four-year degree required FINRA Series 6, 7, 63 and Life or willing to obtain within six months Ability to travel Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas Job Posting Range: $107,000 - $163,000 Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role.
