Your role will enhance productivity, improve product quality, and drive customer satisfaction   Key Responsibilities: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer Engineering.  * 2–5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing engineering, product engineering, product development, or debug engineering. * Ability to interpret electronic schematics and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills using a variety of measurement equipment.  * Solid understanding of geometric tolerancing, standard drafting practices, bills of materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, tool drawings, work instructions, and other technical documentation related to hardware manufacturing (including hardware/software documentation and component datasheets).  * Effective communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation abilities.  * Demonstrated ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies and Six Sigma principles to address product failures, including yield issues and customer returns.  * Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and initiate continuous improvement projects, innovative ideas, and strategies to improve product yield, customer satisfaction, cycle time, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
