Linden Medical Centre is a highly rated busy training practice just on the outskirts of Maidenhead town centre and we are looking for a Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team to provide excellent care to our patients. Ideally we are looking for an experienced candidate. The hours are approximately 32 hours per week (8 hours a day, 4 days a week - must include a Friday) - Flexibility may be required depending on need of the practice.
We are a friendly practice with a team comprising of 4 GP Partners, 4 GP’s, 1 Clinical Pharmacist, 1 Physician Associate, GP trainees and a Practice Nursing team including a Lead Nurse Manager, 2 Practice Nurses and 4 x HCA’s.
Staff training is actively encouraged along with further career development, and you will also benefit from a multidisciplinary team which includes Social Prescriber, Clinical Pharmacist, Physicians Associate, GP Registrars etc. The practice also benefits from a supportive Patient Services and Admin teams.

2 days a week would be allocated to providing care to patients with:

• Acute conditions
• Provide assessment, diagnose, treat & advise patients presenting with minor illness & injury

2 days a week candidates will be expected to provide General Primary Care Nursing duties including:

• Diabetes
• Childhood Vaccinations
• Cervical Cytology
• Wound Care
• Coagulation monitoring

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £50,000.00-£53,000.00 per year
