The Mounts Medical Centre is looking for an enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

The Mounts Medical Centre has an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to step into an established role within a diverse and experienced team. The successful candidate will be pivotal to our work in providing first line contact to people who need our services.
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual with a high standard of knowledge and experience of working within a GP surgery.
The post holder will also be required to deal with minor illness face to face and via telephone triage and to support the GP’s during the working day. They will have the ability to work well within a team environment and be able to manage and prioritise patient care, being able to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision.

Professional based qualification in Nursing, who has completed the nurse prescribing course.
Registered with the relevant professional body, Nurse independent and supplementary prescribed.
Up to date clinical practice,
Degree level registration qualification.
Desirable
Masters in advance clinical practice, experience in minor illness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28.00-£30.00 per hour
