About the role We are seeking an Advanced On-Site Technician - macOS. Providing technical support including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions. Advises customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Manage and support macOS and iPadOS devices using Microsoft Intune Understand Apple Business /School Manager work flow Configure and maintain Apple device enrolment (ADE/DEP, ABM integration) Implement and manage configuration profiles, compliance policies, and device policies Understand MacOS Packaging, deploy, and update applications for macOS and iOS/iPadOS Integrate Apple devices with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for authentication and access control Troubleshoot MDM, enrolment, compliance, and application issues Act as escalation point for critical Mac issues. Support conditional access policies for Apple endpoints Work closely with client stakeholders, service desk teams, and security teams Provide onsite support for device provisioning, replacements, and user onboarding Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks Requirements and Experience Proven experience managing Apple devices (macOS and iPadOS) in an enterprise or a school environment Hands-on administration of Microsoft Intune or(Jamf) for Apple MDM Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) Understanding of Apple MDM frameworks and device lifecycle management Shell and PowerShell Scripting Experience deploying applications and configuration profiles on macOS Strong troubleshooting and user support skills Ability to work independently in a client-facing, onsite environment Why Fujitsu?
