You’ll bring:Substantial post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong track record of managing a broad and varied caseload.
Advanced clinical reasoning and decision-making skills, with the confidence to assess and manage complex presentations, including cases where progress is limited or the diagnosis is unclear.
A high degree of clinical autonomy, recognising when to manage independently and when to seek specialist input or refer onwards.
Experience or a strong understanding of private practice, including delivering a high-quality patient experience and building effective professional relationships.
The ability to work collaboratively with consultants and colleagues across specialist services to optimise patient outcomes.
A commitment to clinical leadership, including sharing knowledge, contributing to case discussions and supporting the development of other clinicians.
A proactive approach to CPD, evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
