We are a well-established electrical, plumbing and heating company who maintain and service care homes throughout the North West. We are looking for applicants (based in and around Preston) who can work within the commercial sector including heating, water services and sanitary installations. Daily duties will include but are not limited to:

• Testing and commissioning of plumbing installations
• Experience in large copper plumbing and heating systems
• Experience in gas work installations (not essential)
• Applicants must have the ability to communicate with clients and office staff, complete paperwork and be conscientious and responsible. Experience in diagnosis and first-time fix is essential.

Successful candidates will be expected to work a 24 call out rota approx. every 6/7 weeks.
