The post holder will provide excellent clinical leadership, drive innovation, lead research and significantly contribute to the strategic direction of the service in keeping with the trusts vision and objectives. The post holder will work within the major knee revision pathway to provide evidence-based treatment recommendations for patient management. The post holder will be accountable for the provision of consultant clinic appointments (virtual and face to face) to support highly complex adult patients during their pathway. The post holder will also provide expert knowledge and skills advice to other nationally based health care professionals, allowing equity of treatment for all patients.
