Highlights Community Health Network is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide inpatient behavioral health consultation services as part of our Behavioral Health Services Consult-Liaison team. Ideal candidates will have the ability and desire to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, the ability to practice independently and have a genuine interest in delivering direct, collaborative patient care. Licensure & Certification Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
