Our growing practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team in 2026. Why Join Us? Balanced Practice Model – Enjoy a mixed outpatient and inpatient-focused role with daily hospital rounding and strong physician collaboration. Predictable Schedule – Monday through Friday clinic schedule with early office closure at noon on Fridays, helping support a healthy work-life balance. Manageable Patient Volumes – See an average of 16–20 patients per full clinic day, primarily follow-up visits, pre-operative consultations, and post-operative care. Shared Call Coverage – Participate in a 1:4 weekend call rotation with the provider team.
