Description Pulmonary Medicine Associates (PMA) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our dynamic outpatient Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine team in our Roseville clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality respiratory and sleep care. As an Outpatient APP in Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine, you will: · Under the general Supervision of a physician, evaluate and manage patients with chronic respiratory conditions including asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary nodules, and chronic cough · Diagnose and treat sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, and hypersomnia. · Manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy and adherence · Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with board-certified pulmonologists · Provide patient education on inhaler techniques, disease management, smoking cessation, and sleep hygiene · Coordinate care with primary care providers and other specialists · Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives Benefits · Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD · 401k with generous company match · Bonus potential based on company approved metrics. · Relocation Assistance · Malpractice insurance Requirements · Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program · Active state license and national board certification · DEA registration (or eligibility) · ACLS Required · Strong clinical and communication skills
