ROLE PURPOSE

We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Processor to join our Subsidy and Service Improvement Team. The main purpose of the role will be centered around the recovery of overpaid Housing Benefit.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities are to accurately and efficiently process incoming correspondence in relation to the recovery of overpaid Housing Benefit, ensuring that individual circumstances are taken into account when agreeing repayment options for outstanding debts.
