If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards: Responsible for the implementation in partnership with Segment Buyer of the decision to select and launch new benchmarks according to the strategy of the Regional / Global Segment Manager. Represents the department in the Project Platforms following and respecting specific indicators/targets/objectives defined. Responsible for estimating prices for the components of the projects he/she works on and is responsible for reaching the target prices by carrying out the supplier nomination process. Ensures, through capacity checks, the production capacity of the supplier for series production, according to the volumes arising from the projects in which he/she is involved. Identify the carryover milestones (series) that are launched with non-preferred suppliers or have a high-cost following an analysis and look for / propose improvement solutions (supplier / price), to actively contribute to reducing the cost of raw materials (DM improvement). Responsible for bringing PPAP parts and documentation on- time. Active part of the development team for new components, or serial modifications, together with Project Supplier Quality and Design Engineer. Responsible for maintaining a professional relationship with suppliers as well as meeting preparation Responsible for actively participating in the good functioning of the team, and the delivery of individual tasks and/or team specific. Generates VEVA (innovation) ideas to facilitate cost reductions in both new projects and series production. Communicate the project requirements to the Segment teams and coordinate all activities according to the project planning (Timing, Cost, Quality).
