Description

You will report directly to our Project Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Tokyo location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. YOU MUST HAVE More than 6 years of experience in project engineering or related roles. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership and project management skills. Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Desired experience in managing engineering projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
