The Opportunity Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Previous ED experience preferred. New grads welcome to apply. Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required. Current IL state license is a plus. The Practice Mercy Medical Center – Aurora, Illinois STEMI Receiving Center, and Comprehensive Stroke Center. 183-bed facility with a 26-bed Emergency Department. Very diverse patient population with an annual volume of 34,000. 24/7 in-house hospitalists. On-site crisis stabilization unit, inpatient behavioral health hospital, and substance abuse navigators.
