The Opportunity Seeking Urgent Care or Primary Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Current national certification, DEA, BLS, and ACLS are a plus. Preferred experience working in the Emergency Department or Urgent Care/Primary Care. Current CA state license is required. More than 40 outpatient specialty care services. One of five family health centers provides a patient-centered medical home model of care. 2.5 patients per hour and on-site x-ray. Facility hours are M-F 8a-5p with additional night hours on Tues/Wed 5p-9p.
