The Opportunity Seeking Urgent Care or Primary Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Preferred experience working in the Emergency Department or Urgent Care/Primary Care. Current national certification, BLS, and DEA required. Current CA state license is a plus. Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired. Providers will be cross credentialed to work at all United Health Care Centers. The Practice – A Multi-Site System United Health Centers Kerman – Kerman, California United Health Centers Sanger – Sanger, California United Health Centers Reedley – Reedley, California United Health Centers Corcoran – Corcoran, California United Health Centers Mendota – Mendota, California United Health Centers Milburn – Fresno, California 4 rooms within the footprint of the Federally Qualified Health Center of UHC. Facility hours at 12pm-9pm on weekdays and 9am-5:30pm on weekends. Annual volume of approximately 8,000 patients. Minor procedures including lacerations, I&D's, simple foreign body removal, Ear lavage, and simple tweezer/splinting. Basic point of care testing including rapid strep, UTI, glucose, and COVID. Pharmacy, labs, and imaging available on site or as referral to another UHC site. This facility may qualify you for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
