You will facilitate design, development, and testing to meet project objectives faster as you commercialize the next generation of high-performance products within Spectra’s fiber and ballistic composite portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Lead new fiber/composite product development projects (lab and pilot scale) * Contribute to intellectual property developments for high performance fiber/polymer processes used in ballistic/medical applications. * Interact with internal and external customers on product application development * Experiment/trial development and execution * Design analysis, prototyping, and technical troubleshooting * Develop definition of technology and process design packages * Project support through lab, pilot, and full-scale implementation * Process Technology Optimization through Value Engineering and Productivity Projects * Project management * Intellectual property research About Solstice Advanced Materials Solstice Advanced Materials is a leading global specialty materials company that advances science for smarter outcomes.
