We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to work on a part time basis for our Factory Outlet in Manawa Bay.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

  • Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas factory outlet through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
  • Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customer’s with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards
  • Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

  • Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
  • Visual Merchandising
