WHAT WE OFFER

• Casual Role: DIDO outage, located at Tarong Power Station in Tarong, QLD
• Project Dates: Start date from early September, running approximately until November.
• Roster: Monday to Saturday, Days/Nights, 11-hour shifts.
• Competitive Rate: EBA rates $60.12 p/h (including 25% casual loading) + OT Penalties (from base rate) + Site Allowance.
• Other Benefits: Join a supportive team delivering Downers QLD outages. LAFHA or Accommodation is provided to distant workers.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Downer’s Energy & Utilities business is seeking casual Advanced Riggers to provide outage services at Tarong Power Station in Tarong, QLD. Starting in early September 2025 , Downer will be working on a Hitachi steam turbine supporting with four main areas of scope - Valves, Turbine, Generator and Auxiliaries. As an Advanced Rigger, you will be applying your expertise in rigging works, ensuring that all work is completed safely, effectively, and to the required standards.
