Description

We require Scaffolders
who are responsible and will work safely and efficiently in the assembly, disassembly, and modification of scaffolding systems on construction sites. The role involves working with a variety of materials, tools, and equipment to ensure scaffolds are constructed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards, providing safe working platforms for workers at elevated heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scaffold Assembly and Disassembly: Safely Construct, install, and dismantle scaffolding on construction sites, including the use of proprietary scaffold systems, tubes, fittings, boards, and safety equipment.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards, guidelines, and regulations, including Worksafe and local building codes. Inspect scaffolding structures for stability, integrity, and safety compliance throughout the project.
  • Equipment Handling: Safely use and maintain tools and equipment required for scaffold construction, such as wrenches, hammers, levels, and scaffolding components.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure scaffolding is built according to the project’s specifications and timeline.
  • Inspect Scaffold Systems: Regularly check scaffolding for wear, defects, or damage, and perform necessary repairs to ensure the safety and stability of the structure.
  • Risk Management: Identify and report any potential safety hazards or issues on the jobsite to the supervisor immediately.
  • Support Site Operations: Assist in ensuring that scaffolds are erected and disassembled efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized worksite throughout the duration of the project.
  • Material Handling: Safely transport and distribute scaffolding materials to and from the work site, ensuring proper storage and care of equipment.
  • Documentation: Thoroughly maintain accurate hard and soft copy records of scaffold inspections, safety checks, and any incidents or issues encountered during scaffold installation or use.

Qualification/Skills:
Hold an Advanced Scaffolder HRWL.
Hold a WAH Ticket (Within 2 Years).
Hold a White Card.
Be Physically fit and capable of Manual work.
Be able to safely work at Heights.
Experience required:
At least 2-3 years’ relevant scaffolding experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.88 – $53.33 per hour
