Job Overview 综述维持和改善工厂的EHS管理体系。 To maintain & improve site EHS management system. 环境管理Environmental management（50%） ISO14001环境管理体系的正常运行、内审及外审 The normal operation, internal audits and external audits of the ISO14001 environmental management system 开展安全环保监督、考核相关工作 Carry out work related to safety and environmental protection supervision and assessment 对外环保相关信息化平台填报及维护 Completion and maintenance of information platforms related to environmental protection for external use 固废管理：危废、一般工业固废 Solid waste management: Hazardous waste, general industrial solid waste 职业健康管理Occupational health management（10%）职业健康管理制度编制与实施 Development and implementation of occupational health management system 组织年度职业健康体检 Organize annual occupational health check-ups 职业危害信息宣导 Occupational Hazard Information Dissemination 安全管理Safety Management（20%）维护安全标准化体系正常运行 Maintain the normal operation of the safety standardization system 管理应急事件与事故调查 Managing emergency events and conducting accident investigations 组织安全培训及应急演练 Organize safety training and conduct emergency drills 日常事务Routine tasks（10%） SAP系统操作 SAP system operation 持续改善Continue improvement（10%） Responsibilities 职责对卓越的安全、健康及环境保护理念的认同 Demonstrates support for the vision of excellence in safety, health and protection of the environment 对卓越品质这一理念的认同 Demonstrates support for the vision of excellence in quality 表明符合公司业务行为准则的要求 Demonstrates in compliance with the BCP’s (Business Conduct Policy) requirements 收集并执行国家及地方的EHS 方针、法律法规及要求，监督并检查执行情况，确保环境管理体系的正常运行 Collect and implement the state policies, decrees, and regulations on EHS's area, supervise and check implementation, to maintain the ISO14001 system in healthy condition 组织制定并实施环保目标，年度环保工作计划，安全环保活动等 Responsible for developing environment goals, annually environment workplan, safety and environment improvement activities etc. and implement plans 负责协调内部和外部的 ESH 审计工作，并推动后续行动的落实 Responsible for cooperating the ESH audit from both internal and external. Driving the follow up actions 负责事故管理，例如制定程序，参与调查和趋势分析等 Responsible for incident management process, such as developing procedures, involving in incident investigation, trend analysis etc. 负责部分安全专项工作的开展，例如机器安全，手部安全等 Responsible for specific EHS competency, such as machine safety, hand safety etc. 其他一些EHS管理日常事务，例如培训，文件修订，会议组织等 Other routine tasks, for instance, training, updating procedure, preparing for a meeting etc. 支持各部门EHS相关的工作，并为EHS相关的改进或者问题提出专业的意见和建议 Support for other departments EHS works, provide professional advises for problem solving and improvement 负责一些改进项目的实施 Responsible for assigned EHS improving project 负责安全、环保信息化平台的日常维护 Responsible for routine management of safety and environment informational system 部门安排的其他工作 Other tasks assigned by the department Qualifications 要求 1、本科及以上学历，安全、环保、化工或化学工程等相关专业，4年及以上EHS 相关工作经验 Bachelor or above degree in Safety Engineering，Chemistry or Chemical Engineering etc, 4 years EHS relevant work experience or above is preferred 2、熟悉安全和环保相关的法律法规和标准 Familiar with safety and environment laws and regulations 3、持有注册安全工程师证（化工或其他） Certificate of "safety engineer"(chemical or other category) is required 4、具有ISO14001体系管理经验，持有ISO14001内审员证优先 Have experience in ISO14001 system management, Hold an ISO14001 internal auditor certificate is preferred 5、有良好的办公软件书写能力，如Excel, PowerPoint, Word等 Familiar with MS Office 6、较好的英语听说读写能力 Good English ability on both oral and written 7、有担当、有激情，持续学习的精神 Responsible, passionate, and with a spirit of continuous learning 8、有团队协作精神 Good team spirit9、良好的沟通和协调能力 Good at communication and collaboration 10、诚实正直，执行力强 Honest and trustworthy, with strong execution ability
