Job Overview 综述 Global Analytics Specialists are experienced individual contributors who engage and work with Business users to understand the Analytical needs and design, develop and deploy dashboards and reports in the most efficient and effective way leading to step changes in business insight Responsibilities 职责 Key Activities, Tasks: oEngage and work with business to understand the activities, systems and data, and determine how to advance analytics and business intelligence reporting to provide step changes in business insight. oCreate reports & dashboards for the user community according to specifications and expectations with a global perspective. oCollaborate with Regional Analytics teams to share key learnings, leverage ideas and solutions and to propagate best practices. oFollow approved Analytics development model and ensure privacy, security and adherence to development standards/standard tools oKeep up to date with the latest technology developments on Analytics. Identify opportunities to apply new ideas to old problems so that the team always is on the cutting edge, always one step ahead. oWork with the Business Intelligence data specialists/architects to create new data models & define new data sources. oEnsure that Analytical solutions are responsive, reliable, accurate and up to date. oLead projects that include other team members and participate in projects led by other team members. Own deployment, adoption and sustainability of the dashboards/reports Qualifications 要求 Tools: oExcel, Power BI, Alteryx Designer, SharePoint, SAP, SAP BW Skills: oExperience and expertise on Power BI, Alteryx Designer, Excel (advanced) oExposure to Business Intelligence related tools (Salesforce Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/BI, Snowflake), SharePoint (Sites and lists) oExposure to Microsoft Power tools (Power App, Power Automate) oExperience in Data Scientist type of roles is an advantage oKnowledge of SAP and Salesforce data structure and concepts oProject Management skills, Change Management including excellent written and verbal communication skills oOrganizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities oExposure to Customer Service, Logistics or Commercial area is desired oMaster or bachelor’s degree in math, science, engineering, IT or related area.
