Job Overview 综述 Responsible for processing the payroll in China Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan Responsibilities 职责 Reviewing and validating all payroll entries made Reviewing and auditing all payroll output for accuracy according to checklists and tolerances Processing any adjustments and/or correction of errors found during auditing and ensuring all calculations are accurate Responsible for the transmission of payroll bank files Prepare and process off-cycles as needed and according to the off-cycle payroll policy Work closely with HR Operations and key stakeholders to ensure that all payrolls are delivered on time and accurately for assigned countries and locations Work with payroll providers on statutory contributions and payments Work closely with payroll providers to ensure effective payroll service delivery Maintain communications with HR Business Partners in the event of final pay statutes, and any other scenarios affecting regular payment Drive appropriate and consistent local and regional payroll processes towards standardization Maintain and expand knowledge of country-specific legislation and compliance Communicate regularly with team members and lead Support audit for both internal and external Keep documents, records base on control points. Work closely with Finance on payroll booking Provide data for relative reports or statistic requirement Collaborate in driving controls and operational excellence including, but not limited to, segregation of duties, audit and compliance programs Handle payroll-related case requests in ServiceNow within established SLAs Actively participate in payroll projects as required (system transition, vendor integration, M&A, etc.) Administration of year-end activities related to payroll tax filing and reporting Reports to the Reginal Payroll Lead Any ad-hoc projects and miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Regional Payroll Lead Qualifications 要求 Bachelor degree or above Fluent in English Five years of payroll experience or above Have knowledge on payroll related laws and regulations in China Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan Experience in ADP is preferred Experience with payroll transition and implementation desired Ability to plan, organize, and manage time to meet rigid payroll processing deadlines Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame and maintain accuracy Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent research and problem-solving skills Flexible, capable to work under fast-paced and high stress environments Proficient in a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint for Windows Maintain a positive attitude, collaboration and service oriented Willingness to learn and is a fast learner
