Description
  • Drive business volume for Advanced Staining products across APAC
  • Interface with Business Unit (BU) and Selling Unit (SU) organization/marketing representing APAC to get relevant support needed to drive sales.
  • Strong connection and communication with sales leadership - vice president, directors, regional managers - including any process changes, supply and RAQA challenges
  • Drive necessary insights, impact, communication between BU and SU related to product lifecycle management including new products, product discontinuation, product quality etc.
  • Liaise and partner with the BU and SU representatives to design and effectively deploy communication strategies
  • Build an informal community of in-country champions for Advanced Staining to share best practices related to marketing, selling, post-sale etc.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the segment of Advanced staining and preferable application experience.
  • Experience developing high-level relationships in the marketplace
  • Possess a passion and demonstrated success with working across functional teams, and being able to pull everyone to the ‘vision’
  • Desire to learn business management and financial acumen
  • Passionate about Advanced Staining and has demonstrated success in improving this product line in your current role
