This is what you’ll actually do!
Ready to make an impact? In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring we deliver top-quality products on time, every time – all while upholding the highest Health and Safety standards.
You’ll lead by example, inspiring your team with the right behaviours that reflect our values and culture. Your leadership will motivate, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team that doesn’t just meet targets – it exceeds them.

Safety and compliance are at the core of this role. You’ll raise hazards and near misses using the right systems, support investigations when needed, and tackle time and attendance issues promptly – escalating to the SSL when extra support is required.
You’ll play a key role in training and development, ensuring new starters get up to speed quickly while supporting ongoing performance evaluations. Your focus will be on safe, efficient working practices and strict SOP compliance.
Communication will be a big part of your day. From team huddles and briefings to Workplace updates and shift handovers, you’ll keep everyone informed, engaged, and aligned.

And when it comes to cleaning? You’ll make sure programs are completed on time, audits are spot-on, and materials are handled efficiently to avoid waste and stay within budget. GMP compliance for your area will also be part of your remit.
Finally, you’ll roll up your sleeves and take on other responsibilities as needed, working closely with the Services Lead to keep everything running at its best.
