Description
・Establish more effective Yield improvement strategy how to keep yield curve. ・Collaborate with process integration team and YE & RAM team to understand what the issue is and what the analysis situation is, then establish yield improvement plan. ・Need to understand what probe/back-end program situation and changing is. ・Lead several projects for yield improvement and maintain yield performance on each DID respectively ・Collaborate with process engineers, product engineers, other Fab and R&D if necessary to keep product quality ・Consider how to organize Cost reduction activity with keeping product quality ・Organize how to demonstrate shift left for overall each product best yield capability [業務内容] ・歩留りカーブを維持するためのより効果的な歩留まり改善の戦略を確立する。 ・部署内・他部署のメンバーと協力して、問題と分析状況を把握し改善計画を構築する。 ・Probeや選別のtestprogramの内容及び変更点を理解し把握する。 ・歩留まり改善の複数のprojectをLeadし、それぞれの製品の歩留まりを改善・維持する。 ・製品の品質を維持するため、プロセスエンジニア、製品エンジニア, 他ファブおよびR&D部門と協力する。 ・また、製品の品質を維持しながら、Cost削減活動をどのように組み込むか、検討する。 [必要条件] ・歩留まり改善活動の経験。 ・半導体プロセルインテグレーションの経験。 ・電気または電子工学の知識。
