The ideal candidate is someone who can navigate a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; enjoys being part of a collaborative, goal-driven team; and has experience working with internal and external stakeholders daily. To be successful in this role, the Advancement Assistant is expected to be a true professional who brings sharp communication skills, a keen sense of priorities, a high attention to detail, strong writing skills, a willingness to learn, and a superb level of tact and discretion.
