ADVANCEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS (AIS), SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION, ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR The AIS, Systems Administration, Associate Director oversees the administration and management of Advancement’s Quest CRM (an Affiniquest CRM built in Salesforce). As a key member of AIS’ Business Analytics Team, this role ensures that the CRM and integrated solutions provide user-friendly, scalable products, and tools to meet and support Advancement’s technical business systems and processes. This role is responsible for the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration, working closely with internal stakeholders, developers and programmers, the data management team, and business analysts.
