JOB SUMMARY * This position is responsible for managing and improving various processes that meet the Advancement Office needs IV. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * The Advancement Process Coordinator analyzes, streamlines, and oversees daily operational workflows to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational procedures * Acts as a liaison between teams, implementing improvements, troubleshooting, and supporting project lifecycles * Workflow Optimization: Analyze current processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs * Process Oversight: Ensure daily operations follow established procedures and documentation * Coordination & Communication: Facilitate collaboration between departments. * Issue Resolution: Address bottlenecks, technical issues, or procedural roadblocks. * Data & Documentation: Maintain records, prepare performance reports, and support project documentation. * Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality, and company policies * Processes that would be managed (but are not limited to): ○ Prospect Research ○ Prospect Management ○ Grants Proposal Management ○ Scholarship Management (sending out scholarship reports, helping coordinate  student thank you and donor connections) ○ Events Submission Management V. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of people and cultures * Ability to problem-solve and initiate/implement projects independently * Ability to master new computer-based systems * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software * Extremely organized and detail-oriented * Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize work and resources * Ability to meet deadlines  Ability to coordinate multi-faceted projects with minimal supervision and high initiative in a deadline-driven environment * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism VI. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Bachelor’s degree in business or related field * Experience in higher education is a plus * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. VII. WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Work is typically performed in a conventional office environment * A current, valid driver’s license is required * Some local/regional travel will be required * Occasional evening and weekend work is required when necessary
