What You’ll Do Support individuals in building daily living skills and reaching personal goals Assist with personal care, hygiene, and meal prep Encourage independence, confidence, and self-advocacy Use positive behavior strategies to support success Lead fun activities, outings, and social experiences Provide transportation to appointments, work, and events Track progress and document daily activities Collaborate with families and care teams Safely administer medications (we’ll train you!) What Makes You a Great Fit You genuinely enjoy being around people and lifting them up You can stay calm, patient, and encouraging—even on tough days You celebrate the small wins (because they’re actually big wins) You’re dependable and organized You’re ready to be active and engaged—not stuck behind a desk Schedule Options Full-Time & Part-Time Available Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Why You’ll Love Working Here You’ll make a real, visible impact every single day You’ll be part of a supportive, positive team You’ll grow in the human services and behavioral health field Your “office” is the community—not a cubicle Perks & Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Paid Time Off Cultural Day Paid Training Bonuses Mileage reimbursement Community center membership Onboarding gifts Employee appreciation events Quarterly Attendance Incentive What You’ll Need Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills Ability to handle challenges calmly and professionally Basic life skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry) Ability to lift 75–100 lbs Support Coach (Adventure Required) Do you believe life should be lived out loud?
