Your primary purpose in this role is to deliver the best possible customer service for our guests while maximizing sales and ensuring every traveller finds the trip that’s right for them.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll move seamlessly between phone calls, emails, and live chats, becoming an expert across the Wildland product range. You’ll collaborate with team members across multiple time zones, which means flexible working hours are a must. Occasional travel within the US for training or meetings may be required, along with some weekend, evening, or holiday shifts.
