Apukka Resort Oy is looking for Sales Assistants for Adventure House for the 2025–2026 season. Your responsibilities will include selling Apukka Adventures activities at the Adventure House sales counter. You will warmly welcome guests to Adventure House, assist them in booking activities, and guide them to the right location before their adventure begins. Additionally, your role will involve administrative tasks related to activity reservations, such as responding to inquiries via phone and email and managing bookings in reservation systems. You are organized, enjoy working with people, and have a natural ability to make guests feel like friends. We work in teams and value strong teamwork skills. You are present for the customer and ensure, in your own role, that their holiday becomes an unforgettable experience.
The Adventure House team is part of Apukka’s sales team, working closely with other departments. You will be based on-site at Adventure House, located in the stunning Apukka Resort.
The job follows a two-shift schedule and includes work on all days of the week, including weekends.
